What it takes
This is the part that stops most people — not the freight, not finding a buyer. The paperwork. Every line opposite is handled on your behalf.
Seven registrations most first-time traders never get past.
What we handle
Take the parts you need, or hand over the whole shipment. Most clients do the latter.
Full container loads out of Karachi and Port Qasim to major ports worldwide.
Consolidated groupage for smaller volumes — pay for the space you actually use.
Express and consolidated air cargo for time-sensitive or high-value goods.
HS classification, duty calculation and Goods Declaration filing at all Pakistan ports.
Invoice, packing list, Form-E, bill of lading and certificate of origin, prepared for you.
NTN, PSW profile and AD code arranged through a licensed agent if you don't have them.
Pickup from your factory, delivery to your buyer's address. One line item, one price.
Export-grade packing, marking and pre-shipment inspection before the container seals.
How it works
Tell us what you're moving, the quantity, and where it's headed. Takes under two minutes.
We classify the goods, calculate duty, prepare the documentation and price the freight — then send one landed cost before anything moves.
Clearance, carrier booking and delivery, tracked by one person you can call. One invoice at the end.
Free tools
Three calculators, no sign-up: container volume and CBM, air freight chargeable weight, and a plain-English Incoterms reference. Work out your numbers, then send them straight into a request.
Trade lanes
Not on the list? We quote any origin or destination — these are simply the corridors we run most weeks.
Sectors
Different goods, different paperwork. Each of these has its own classification quirks, inspection requirements and packing standards. See the full catalogue →
Why traders work with us
Documentation is prepared and filed under proper NTN and PSW registration, with customs duty assessed correctly — not estimated and hoped for.
We calculate the duty, prepare the documents and coordinate clearance as part of the service. Nothing lands on you at the port.
You see the full landed cost — duty, freight and our service fee — in writing before anything moves. No revisions after the container is sealed.
Buyer details and shipment values are handled internally and shared only as far as needed to move your goods.
Common questions
Correct. Pakistani customs requires a registered trader profile for the filing, but it does not have to be yours. We file through a licensed clearing agent who holds the required registrations, so your goods move legally without you setting up a company, NTN or PSW profile first. If you would rather have your own profile — because you plan to ship regularly — we can arrange that too.
Three components: customs duty and taxes on your goods, the freight cost for the route and mode, and our service fee. You see all three itemised in writing before you commit. Duty depends on the HS classification of your product, which we determine before quoting rather than after.
There is no container minimum. Small consignments move as LCL groupage or air freight. For very small parcels, courier is usually cheaper than freight and we will tell you so rather than quote you something that doesn't make sense.
Once documentation is complete and duty is paid, clearance is typically a matter of days rather than weeks. The variable is the paperwork, not the port — which is why we prepare it before booking rather than after the cargo arrives.
Yes. Imports into Pakistan follow the same path in reverse: EIF filing, HS classification, duty assessment and Goods Declaration at the port of entry, then delivery to your address.
A licensed customs clearing agent. We coordinate the shipment, prepare the documentation and manage the process end to end, but the statutory filing is done by a properly licensed party. That is what keeps the shipment clean.
